Customer rights

In case of disputes arising during the contract, if the parties do not reach an agreement, they may appeal to the National Energy Regulatory Authority to initiate the settlement process (according to the Regulation approved by ANRE President's Order no. 61/2013).

Step 1

Carrying out the contract conclusion process with the supplier

Step 2

The new supplier notifies the current supplier of the unilateral termination and handles all necessary steps for the new contract.

Step 3

The new supplier activates the new electricity supply contract on the date the old one ends; you will be notified when everything is ready.
